I have an interest in looking into genetically modified animals, and cloning, so this is something I want to experiment with and use for a concept for the final idea.
Experimentation ideas
1. Photography in studio Friday - Create human hybrid by getting a subject to wear a animal mask or photoshopping animal parts onto them
2. Morph animation - Glowing GM animals to human
3.Experiment with tape sculptures
Final Ideas (so far)
1. Creating an installation piece around the subject of genetically modified animals, which will raise discussion on the ethics and uses of this technique and whether its something that could or should be transferred onto humans too.
It features glowing 3d models, made of a transparent material and florescent lights inside. I may also include projections of pictures and information relating to this subject.
